My Valentine's Day 2009 Collage

I made this collage for my mommy and daddy who will be celebrating their 54th wedding annivesary this sept.10.
Daddy thought i made it in photoshop. i think cutting and pasting the old fashion way is easier for me!
i found the vintage marriage license and thought it was perfect. i don't have much art materials
for my projects- yet! i used my daughter's crayola and paint and thanks to my sister (the scrapbook queen) for lending me her brown stamp pad. "Love is Eternal" is from 1Cor 13:8. i wanted this in my collage but my stamps don't have numbers.
Thank you Lord Jesus for the blessing of my parents and their marriage!

My First Collage

This collage is titled "Mark and His Music". I made it for his 14th birthday. Mark is into his guitar and music so I thought I would make this for him to remember. It is actually a cover of a card but guess what? He wants it framed! I am ecstatic! My 1st effort is a success! I am hoping he will treasure Ps 37:23 in his heart.

I never thought I would ever start a blog but I just joined to get lots of free giveaways from OWOH and decided I had better start a blog so I can giveaway something next time. Warning! I am not a writer- never have been, not aspiring to be one. BUT, I do love art and make a lot of handmade stuff! I do it for a living.
